March 0155-0174-0312 Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump

This pump is a centrifugal magnetic drive pump, so no shaft seal is required. This centrifugal magnetic drive pump with no seals is ideal for chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and scrubber systems. It has a maximum flow rate of 53 gallons per minute at 10 feet and a maximum head of 57.5 feet (25PSI). The materials that come into contact with the solution in the standard wet end are 316 Stainless Steel, Teflon, Carbon, and Ceramic. The inlet and outlet connections are 1-1/2 inch female pipe thread and 1 inch male pipe thread, respectively. The pump can withstand a maximum internal pressure of 200 PSI and a maximum liquid temperature of 250 F or 121 C. The March TE-7S-MD centrifugal magnetic drive pump can work with solvents, acids, and chemicals that are either slightly or severely corrosive. This pump needs a flooded suction because it lacks a suction lift and is not self-priming; the liquid must flow naturally to the pump. Because the impeller needs the pumped liquid to be lubricated, it cannot be run dry. Never run the pump dry and always make sure there is liquid within the pump before using it. This pump's motor is U.L. listed, continuous duty rated, and equipped with a junction box for electrical connection. Up to 57.5 feet of total dynamic head and 53 GPM of open flow are the maximum permitted performance capacities. The flow will be at the maximum head of 57.5 feet.
