March 0151-0125-0100 Centrifugal Pump

The March 0151-0125-0100 TE-5.5K-MD is a Series 5.5 sealless centrifugal magnetic drive pump engineered for chemical circulation, chemical transfer, scrubber systems, cooling applications, and other demanding industrial fluid-handling processes.

This configuration uses a 1-phase, 1/3 HP WEG TEFC motor. At 60 Hz, the pump delivers up to 30 GPM maximum flow and 41 feet of maximum head. At 50 Hz, performance reaches approximately 27 GPM with 29.5 feet of maximum head.

The TE-5.5K-MD features a 1-inch FPT inlet and a 3/4-inch MPT outlet. Its standard wet-end construction includes glass-filled Kynar front and rear housings, a glass-filled Kynar impeller, Viton O-ring, ceramic shaft, and ceramic thrust washers.

The sealless magnetic drive design eliminates the need for a conventional mechanical shaft seal, helping reduce leakage potential and routine seal maintenance. The pump is rated for a maximum internal pressure of 75 PSI and liquid temperatures up to 200°F (93°C).

Its chemically resistant Kynar wet end makes the TE-5.5K-MD suitable for a wide range of compatible chemical and process applications where corrosion resistance and dependable continuous-duty operation are important.

Typical applications include chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, scrubber systems, deionized water systems, detergent mixing, cooling equipment, and OEM process systems.

The pump is not self-priming and requires flooded suction. Always verify chemical compatibility, fluid concentration, viscosity, specific gravity, temperature, and electrical requirements before installation.
