March TE-5.5K-MD 230/460 VAC Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump 0151-0027-0900

The March 0151-0027-0900 TE-5.5K-MD is a Series 5.5 sealless centrifugal magnetic drive pump designed for demanding chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, scrubber systems, and industrial process applications.

Powered by a 3-phase, 1/3 HP TEFC motor, this configuration operates at 230/460V on 60 Hz power. At 60 Hz, the pump delivers up to 30 GPM maximum flow and 41 feet of maximum head. At 50 Hz, performance reaches approximately 27 GPM with 29.5 feet of maximum head.

The TE-5.5K-MD features a 1-inch FPT inlet and a 3/4-inch MPT outlet. Its standard wet-end construction includes glass-filled Kynar front and rear housings and impeller, a Viton O-ring, and ceramic shaft and thrust washer components.

The sealless magnetic drive design eliminates the need for a conventional mechanical shaft seal, helping reduce leakage risk and routine seal maintenance. With a maximum internal pressure rating of 75 PSI and a maximum liquid temperature of 200°F (93°C), the TE-5.5K-MD is built for demanding chemical and process-fluid environments.

Typical applications include chemical circulation, chemical transfer, scrubber systems, deionized water systems, cooling equipment, detergent mixing, OEM installations, and other industrial applications requiring chemically resistant wetted materials.

The pump is not self-priming and requires flooded suction. Always verify chemical compatibility, fluid concentration, viscosity, specific gravity, temperature, and electrical requirements before installation.
