March MDX-3-1/2 115 VAC Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump 0135-0006-0400

The March 0135-0006-0400 MDX-3-1/2 is a compact sealless centrifugal magnetic drive pump designed for reliable chemical circulation, chemical transfer, and general industrial fluid-handling applications.

Powered by a 115V, single-phase, 1/25 HP air-cooled motor, the MDX-3-1/2 delivers up to 8.5 GPM maximum flow and 19 feet of maximum head at 60 Hz. Its magnetic drive design eliminates the need for a conventional shaft seal, helping reduce leakage potential and routine seal maintenance.

The pump features 1/2-inch OD inlet and outlet connections, making it suitable for compact circulation and process systems. Its wet-end construction includes polypropylene front housing and impeller, carbon-filled Kynar rear housing and shaft, Ryton thrust washer, Buna-N O-ring, stainless steel hardware, and a ceramic magnet.

With a maximum internal pressure rating of 50 PSI and a maximum liquid temperature of 190°F (87°C), the MDX-3-1/2 is suitable for many compatible chemical and process-fluid applications.

Typical uses include chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, laboratory equipment, process systems, OEM installations, and other applications requiring a compact, dependable sealless pump.

The pump is not self-priming and requires flooded suction. It should not be operated dry because the pumped liquid provides lubrication for the impeller and internal components.
