March AC-2CP-MD 230 VAC Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump 0125-0069-0300

The March 0125-0069-0300 AC-2CP-MD is a compact Series 2 sealless centrifugal magnetic drive pump designed for chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and general process-fluid applications.

This exact configuration uses a 230V, single-phase Fasco motor rated at 1/40 HP. At 60 Hz, the pump delivers up to 5 GPM maximum flow and 13 feet of maximum head. At 50 Hz, performance is approximately 4.9 GPM with 8.9 feet of maximum head.

The AC-2CP-MD features a combination 3/8-inch FPT and 3/4-inch MPT inlet with a 1/4-inch MPT outlet. Its standard wet-end construction includes polypropylene front and rear housings and impeller, a Viton O-ring, ceramic shaft and thrust washer, and a ceramic magnet.

Its sealless magnetic drive design eliminates the need for a conventional shaft seal, helping reduce leakage potential and routine seal maintenance. The pump is rated for up to 50 PSI internal pressure and liquid temperatures up to 190°F (87°C).

The AC-2CP-MD is not self-priming and requires flooded suction. It must not be operated dry because the pumped liquid provides lubrication for the impeller and internal components.

Typical applications include chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, photographic processing equipment, ice-making equipment, plate processing systems, marine air conditioning, and other compact fluid-circulation systems.
