The March 0150-0026-0100 AC-5C-MD is a Series 5 centrifugal magnetic drive pump designed for dependable chemical circulation, transfer, and general fluid-handling applications.
Its sealless magnetic drive design eliminates the need for a conventional shaft seal, helping reduce leakage risk and routine maintenance. The pump is powered by a single-phase 115V Fasco motor rated at 1/8 HP and is suitable for continuous-duty operation.
At 60 Hz, the AC-5C-MD can deliver a maximum flow of up to 17 GPM and a maximum head of approximately 27 feet. It features a 1-inch FPT inlet and a 1/2-inch MPT outlet for integration into compatible process and circulation systems.
The standard wet-end assembly includes polypropylene components, a Buna-N O-ring, and ceramic shaft and thrust washer components. The pump supports a maximum internal pressure of 50 PSI and liquid temperatures up to approximately 190°F (87°C).
The AC-5C-MD is not self-priming and requires flooded suction. It should not be operated dry because the pumped liquid provides lubrication for the impeller and internal components.
